With all the heat and the crushing crowds, the best way of cooling off (and maybe also having a quick wash down) is to have a bucket of water poured down from above. The crowd is shouting for water and the friendly neighbors of the old quarter of the city comply with their wishes with bucket loads of cold refreshing water.
