From the 13th to the 15th of June an international hackathon will be held at the Planetario de Pamplona #hacksanfermin. The idea behind these workshop sessions is to create and develop apps related to the Sanfermin fiestas. The danger will come from the “bugs”; Estafeta Street will become an “open source” and in place of “divinos”, the runners will turn into hackers, journalists, developers and communicators. The chupinazo, the fiesta, the red sash and necktie will become “widgets “and networking and collective work will be the order of the day.

This event is being organized by The Laboratory of Innovative Journalism from Diario de Navarra, Hacks/Hackers, knight-Mozilla OpenNews and a team of professionals headed by Ana Ormaechea, Diana González, Alberto Labarga, Rafa Aguilera y Alfredo Casares.
