Volvo presenta su nueva gama de camiones FL metiendo un vehículo en un encierro

If you would like to display the manoevering qualities of a truck in an urban setting, what better way to do so than to paint one of them a bright red and have it take part in a running of the bulls? That seems to be exactly what the publicists behind Volvo thought in order to promote their latest series of FL trucks and whose main attraction is that it is “Optimized for the task of commercial distribution around urban centers”.  This is how the new series of FL VOLVO TRUCKS makes its debut on the market, as if it were just one more runner taking part in a running of the bulls. The running of the bulls is a fake one, of course, and it was set up and shot in a spectacular looking Ciudad Rodrigo (Salamanca region), as we reported some time ago on Sanfermin.com

The shooting is entitled The Chase and it can be seen at TheChase.com or Volvotrucks.com. Thanks to the spectacular filming, we can enjoy the experience from 28 different cameras or from 360 degrees from the viewpoint of the truck itself. There are also subjective images available of the driver, of different parts of the truck and shots of the truck from cameras held by some of the runners. There is even an aerial shot taken with a dron, with a camera incorporated. Perhaps the most thrilling shot of all is that of the 360 degree shooting from the cabin of the truck of an unachievable running of the bulls, which would be impossible to film in Pamplona but which is tremendously spectacular.
