A week-long trip to Los Angeles for two people and 3.000 euro in cash will be the first prize for the winner of the third edition of the Sanfermin Erotic Photo Competition. This competition is organized jointly by Sanfermin.com and Playboy magazine which aims to find a creative photo that can combine eroticism and the spirit of the fiestas in just one single image. Entries are open until next 14th of September.
As outlined in the competition rules for 2009, the photos should have some relation to the Sanfermin fiestas, although they do not necessarily have had to be taken in Pamplona or even during the actual Sanfermin fiestas. However, they should evoke some of the aspects of the annual fiestas held between the 6th and 15th of July each year.
The photos can be made in any kind of technique and with any kind of support, with or without photographic treatment. Nonetheless, the resolution should be sufficient to allow for reproduction (300 ppp/inch and 24×30 cm.). The snapshots may be sent in by e-mail (fermin@sanfermin.com), or by ordinary mail (Kukuxumusu - Marcelo Zelaieta 75, N.AA1 Pamplona. Zip Code 31014. Spain).
The Jury will be made up of two experts in photography and another two people from design - one from Playboy magazine and another from Sanfermin.com, as well as the Creative Director of Kukuxumusu, Mikel Urmeneta. The result of the competition will be announced before the 2nd of October, and it will be published in the media outlets of both the sponsors.
