They started in Madrid in1975 with the help of the Peña 7.

Lars Swärd is the founder and president. Some of its members began to come to Pamplona in the 50's and among them it is easy to find people from the Swedish Peña too. They wear a special blouse for the Sanfermin: checked in red and white and the scarf with their logo on. They are around 100 people and some years ago they used to meet up in the Bearán Hostal. They come to the Sanfermin in a group of 10-20 people and enjoy going to the bullfights. Every year during the festivals they celebrate the birthday of some people of the group and they like to organize talks on the bulls in different parts of Pamplona. They publish a magazine called "El Cartelito", which includes articles in swedish and spanish.
