Kukuxumusu is a company from Iruñea/Pamplona that, among many other things, looks after this web page so that everyone everywhere can discover what Sanfermin fiestas are all about -Be fan on Facebook-. Kukuxumusu's relationship with the fiestas goes back to its very beginnings as the company was first set up to sell tee shirts during Sanfermin. Koldo Aiestaran, Gonzalo Domínguez de Vidaurreta and Mikel Urmeneta decided that the best way for them to get some money to enjoy the party scene during fiestas would be to sell some tee shirts and this is what they first did back in 1989 when they set up this company. And that is why Kukuxumusu gives over a part of its time towards thinking up ideas and drawings for the fiestas so we can all have some great fun during the biggest party in the whole wide world.
Kukuxumusu always comes out with some new tee shirts for each edition of Sanfermin with their latest Tee shirt Collection which help dress up the fiesta in red and white and with some truly original drawings. Among the collection of tee shirts the special drawing of the year stands out, - a special tee shirt just for each Sanfermin, which always captures some particular concrete moment of the fiesta scene from the viewpoint of the chief drawer, Mikel Urmeneta and his team and this tee shirt can be a great garment to wear during fiestas as well as raise plenty of smiles.
In addition, each year, just before the fiestas start, we find out the winner of the Guiri del Año, (Foreigner of the Year Award) when an annual homage is paid to some foreigner or other who lives the fiestas each year with passion and constancy. There are also lots of bulls who make their naked appearance on balconies (Mister Testis) -be fan on Facebook- just before the Txupinazo opening rocket takes off to welcome in the start of the fiestas and get the party scene going.
Right in the middle of the fiestas week of Sanfermin, we give an extra sparkle to the party scene when we celebrate the annual Jai Day, which literally means The Day of the Fiesta. Here we link up some other well-known international fiesta with Sanfermin in a wild fusion of partying and fun.
