Not long to go ...
Giant tee shirts, video-clips soaked in kalimotxo drinks, blue bulls who get tight are just some of the fun events contributed by Kukuxumusu to the Sanfermin fiestas.
Some years ago, several giant-sized tee shirts were specially made for the Giants and their Entourage. They paraded up Estafeta street wearing them and the truth is, they looked great.
Another year a special video-clip was shot under the title "El kalimotxo de mamá." (Ma's Kalimotxo brew). This was made with the singer/actor, Pablo Carbonell and directed by the cinema director, Juanma Bajo Ulloa. The public danced and sweated with this song all during the fiestas.
And as the Kalimotxo brew covers a lot, another year we created a new variation of the concoction, thanks to the chef, José Andrés, the inventor of the Kulumutxu. The wineskins wrecked havoc all over the place.
There were many other things too; for instance, the time the City Hall brass band, The Pamplonesa, wore Kukuxumusu masks as they played. Or putting out on the street a two-meter high teddy bear called Mr.Testis that stunned all the boozers who came across him.
