We suggest that you get around on foot in San Fermin.

This is ecological and you will take care of the health you will break when you get to the festival. Pamplona is small, and you will take half an hour at most to get to the other end of the city, and also the traffic in San Fermin is chaotic, particularly around the old quarter.
