Sanfermin.TV announces the 1st International Video Competition, a competition in which everyone with an interest in filming with a camera or a cellular phone can take part. The video should not be longer than four minutes and it should reflect some aspect or other of the fiestas. The competition has been divided into four categories - creativity, humour, documentary and musical. There will be a cash prize of 1.000 euros for each of these four categories and 3,000 euros more for the best video of all.
Entries for the competition are now open and it will close next 30th of September. Entries may be sent in from any kind of format and filmed with any kind of camera. The scenes do not necessarily have to be filmed in Iruña-Pamplona but their content should clearly make allusion to the Sanfermin fiestas and their spirit in some way. The jury's decision will be announced on the 15th of October or shortly afterwards.
The competition has been divided into four categories: Sanfermin Creativity (prepared videos, short stories, special montage, cartoons); Sanfermin Humour (videos whose content is particularly funny); Sanfermin Documentary (real video footage from the street whose content is relevant or has impact); Sanfermin Musical (videos whose main content will be music or dance).
